The device and methodology that allows the diversification of the transmission of the broadcasts and advertisements at local level by radio and TV stations with greater range (e.g. regional or national) is described, providing unique advantages in relation to other devices and methodologies used. That is to say, for instance, the invention allows for a TV channel of national range to diversify its advertising program, broadcasting simultaneously advertisements of local interest, different in any city of the territory, allowing for the broadcast of the advertisements to start at the right time, reducing the transition time from the national program to the local and vice versa, making the transition as less perceivable as possible by the TV viewers and simplifying the coordination process that is required on the part of the radio and TV station
