The novel Mobile Ticket Dispensing Device (MTDD), under which, a complete mechanical / electronic alternative is provided to the existing manual system of issuing the fare tickets to the passenger/s while they are commuting in the buses. Further, the MTDD takes care of the security element by allowing the access only to the bonafide persons. As the device is completely mechanical / electronic and as the human interference is minimal the chances of frauds & mistakes are reduced considerably. Also, the MTDD is portable and can be carried very easily at any place. It has the facility to store the route master and the ticket master, alongwith the details of all the tickets issued in the bus alongwith their tariff, date, time of issue of ticket, type of passengers or commuters based on the master information kept in the MTDD. The MTDD has the facilities to prepare route log data i.e. route number, station code or the destination code, date and time. Lastly, the MTDD can be attached to the control computer through a serial port / parallel port / RF (Radio Frequency) or wireless technology or bluetooth technology etc. so as to allow the transfer of the complete transaction data of the MTDD to the said control computer where various MIS & DSS reports are prepared and analyzed and also the MTDD is above to allow to upload the Route and Ticket Master from the control computer.
