It refers to the synthesis of a drug containing (a) an antibacterial agent, such as ciprofloxacin, with a content of 250 mg to 1 g in the synthesis; and (b) an antioxidant, such as acido ascorbico (vitamin C), with a content of 50 mg to 200 mg in the synthesis. This combination is an effective synergistic combination in the treatment of urinary tract infections and is formulated in a single dose unit, via oral use of capsules or tablets
