The invention relates to a manufacturing procedure of a spraying mixture for the preparation of an insulating render made of lightweight concrete based on lightweight expanded glass aggregate and new or recycled residuals of polyurethane insulating materials. A spraying apparatus shall be used for spraying, developed according to already known solutions of manufacturers of spraying equipment for application of renders. As for the lightweight concrete, an already known solution shall be used for the preparation of lightweight concrete based on lightweight expanded glass aggregate according to the manufacturer's instructions and recipes.
