Optical correction tool for elimination eye defect or increasing emmetrope vision uses the principle of stenopeic slits. Optical correction tool is made up of transparent monochrome LCD display with a set of segments. The segments are placed equidistantly to each other and equidistantly over them. Segments have a geometric shape that can be inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 0.26 to 2.0 mm. At the time of the segment transmits light, whereby all light-permeable segments gradually create statuses corresponding to several stenopeic slits. Single states are alternated with a frequency equal to or greater than 13 Hz.
