Method for evaluation of effect of centers of chronic infection in mouth on development of atherosclerosis and level of endogenic intoxication is in fact that animals are kept at hyper-cholesteric diet. In 1 month at animal at general anesthetic one destructs tooth-gingival fixation at section of lower incisors with following introduction at two sides of the incisors miller dental tartar. After that one performs binding with ligature and in 2 weeks one performs repetitive modeling of periodontal disease.
