Method for determination of maximal height of capillary lift at soaking directed fiber fillers, mostly of wisp type, with viscous polymer binding agents includes placement of sample in installation at fixed force of tension and immersion of basis of the sample to soaking bath, measurement of value of density, edge wetting angle and coefficient of surface tension of binding agent. One performs curing of soaked directed fiber sample at defined force of tension at its soaking and drying, with obtaining micro-cut of its cross section I direction normal to fibers. In the cross section of micro-cut one experimentally investigates distribution of lengths of distances between neighboring fiber at pre-given number of measurements, with obtaining in such way experimental histogram or distribution functionfor pores by dimensions. One finds relation for theoretical distribution curveof pores by dimensionsat condition of best approximation of experimental distribution curve with theoretical distribution curve.
