METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTIC PERITONEAL LAVAGE IN DIAGNOSTICS OF CLOSED TRAUMATIC INJURIES OF abdominal cavity organs in polytrauma

A method for diagnostic peritoneal lavage in diagnostics of closed traumatic injuries of abdominal cavity organs in polytrauma by laparocentessis in the position on the back on surgical table, guiding of the trocar through the sleeve into abdominal cavity of elastic tube, adminestering of sodium chloride isotonic solution by the tube, perfusate aspiration and estimation. In the horizontal position of a patient, in turn, by changing of direction of elastic tube, 400 ml of isotonic solution and sodium chloride into right and left hypochondrium, left and right side channels and pelvis minor, and also by turns the perfusate is aspirated from these areas. In the presence of pathological contents (blood, bile, gastrointestinal contents, urina, peritoneal exudation), the closed stomach trauma is diagnosed as well as injuries of abdominal cavity organs.
