ENDOSCOPIC METHOD FOR CONNECTION OF ARACHNOIDITE CYST OF MIDDLE CRANIAL FOSSULA WITH THE LATERAL SUBARACHNOIDITE CISTERN OF BRIDGE

An endoscopic method for connection of arachnoidite cyst of middle cranial fossula with the lateral subarachnoidite cistern of bridge comprises the performing of endoscopic perforation of arachnoidite cyst wall and formation of permanent stoma between the cavity of arachnoidite cyst and lateral subarachnoidite cistern of bridge. The milling opening is made, and the endoscopic inspection of arachnoidite cyst cavity is carried out and the topographoanatomical landmarks of lateral subarachnoidite cistern of bridge are determined, the endoscopic connection of arachnoidite cyst cavity with an interpeduncular subarachnoidite cistern is made in the vascular area of cyst shell. The endoscopic control of efficiency of stoma and revision of subarachnoidite space in the area of lateral cistern of bridge are carried out.
