METHOD FOR PREDICTING COURSE OF HEART INSUFFICIENCY IN AGED PATIENTS

A method for predicting the course of heart insufficiency in the aged patients is based on the assessment of the pathology form, the recurrence rate, and the efficacy of the therapy. The partial oxygen pressure is measured in the subcutaneous fat in the forearm. The unfavorable course of heart insufficiency is suggested when the partial oxygen pressure in the subcutaneous fat in the forearm exceeds the standard values.
