摘要

Method for perioperational evaluation of system metabolic distortions in patients with obturation jaundice with nonneoplastic etiology includes blood sampling and its investigation. One determines ratio of value of ceruloplasmin (as normal values 28,6±0,62 are taken) to content of transferin (as normal values 0,186±0,035are taken), multiplied by 100. At statistically probable (0,05) increase of that coefficient (as normal values 1,54±0,03 are taken) one defines statement of level of system metabolic distortions that represent state of structural-metabolic state of liver.
