METHOD FOR PREVENTING PURULENT COMPLICATION IN TREATMENT OF ACUTE APPENDICITIS

A method for preventing the purulent complication in the treatment of the acute appendicitis provides for the use of antibiotics following the lymphotropic therapy. The procedure of the lymphotropic therapy comprises the retroperitoneal insertion of the inducer of lymphogenesis. Then spasmolytic, rheological preparation, and analgesic are consecutively injected with the needle being kept at the same place, namely the point locating medially and 2- below of anterior-superior iliac crest at the angle of 45°. After injection, the patient is asked to walk for 15 minutes. Later on, the drugs are administered for at least three days twice a day, then once a day until the complete recovery.
