The orthodontic support has a compound velvet-type filament base used in common with an orthodontic support structure. Filament capillaries are fixed to the base, such that the free ends of the filament capillaries are formed at uniform level. A cover in the form of a cap is detachably joined to the filament base to protect the base from non-hardened cement used in orthodontics. The cover also includes a cement-mixing device that has a digitally-driven rotating piston rod. A mixing spatula is attached to the end of the rotating piston rod.
