There is a need for privacy, and protection from the elements, on outdoorstructures;specifically residential decks, or, patio structures on or about a restaurant,eatery, bistroor coffee shop. As such there is a requirement for a modular, wind-spilling,adjustable,detachable outdoor privacy apparatus to be mounted singularly, or in itsplurality, ontostructures requiring privacy, ultraviolet radiation; wind; solar heat; solarglare; noise andshade protection year-round. The apparatus is associated with the commercialoutdoorseating and residential outdoor living markets. The apparatus comprises apliable outdoorfabric; support members; mounting brackets; fastener members and tensionedflexiblemembers. One component of the apparatus extends lengthwise above a deck orpatiohandrail. Another integral component of the apparatus consists of a pliableoutdoor fabricpanel woven through the balusters and suspended above the deck or patio floororsurface.
