A method for acquiring user domain information comprises the following steps: user domain-related operations implemented by a domain management server result in the change of the user domain information; the domain management server initiatively transmits the changed user domain information to a copyright publisher. A method for leading in user domain permission, a domain management server and a license server use the method. According to the present invention, the user domain information could be initiatively transmitted to the copyright publisher so that it will not turn to DA/DEA for acquisition when the copyright publisher needs to use the user domain information in the following process.
