Personal errors due to subjective operation by the operator are made less, and the result of evaluation of the dynamic alignment of a leg joint can be made in a short time. A leg joint dynamic alignment evaluation system comprises a measuring instrument (1) for measuring the pressure distribution of when the subject walks/runs in a way that the sole of the subject is brought into contact with the ground from the head to the toe every predetermined measurement time and a computing device (2) for computing the position of the pressure center of the pressure distribution measured every measurement time, determining the locus N of the pressure center during a series of the walking/running according to the computed position of the pressure center, and computing the amount of deviation of the locus N from a linear reference line M preset for the head to the toe.
