A method for realizing roaming of CDMA digital trunked traditional group calling is disclosed in the present invention, which includes enhanced paging and traditional calling, thereinto, a master trunked system brings the enhanced paging mode into the CDMA digital trunked traditional group calling, and accesses a un-roaming user which home area belongs to the group into the trunked group calling in the traditional mode, and accesses other group users that are roaming in a visited area into the traditional group calling in the enhanced mode. The method can fully utilize the system characteristic and satisfies the mobility of user and the require of whole network calling and reduces occupied cell resources in roaming area by the enhanced paging for users in the roaming area in the traditional calling.
