Prenatal screening for down's syndrome using hyperglycosylated gonadotropin

A method for screening for the presence or absence of abnormalities in the fetus of a pregnant woman is described. The method comprises determining the presence of abnormalities by observation of hyperglycosylated gonadotropin in a biological test sample provided from the pregnant woman.
