The invention relates to a method of stereoselectivity in the Pd-catalyzed allylic substitution reaction. Pd-catalyst is applied to the Pd-catalyzed allylic asymmetric substitution reaction, in which the alkene containing the leaving group in the allylic substituent position reacts with the nucleophile to get the stereoselective allylic substitution. The ligand in the Pd-catalyst is the metallocene diphosphine ligand of formular (1) or (2) as follows, in which R1 is C1-4 alkyl or the groups containing amide substituent; R2 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl or acetyl; and M is iron atom or ruthenium atom.
