A signal denoising method based on reconstructed signal which replaces spectrum data includes extracting singular points and singular values from observed signal g(x), constructing a corresponding singular function according to acquired singular points and singular values, constructing corresponding denoising function and exchanging function according to a spectrum zeroing threshold value predetermined by a system, then obtaining denoised signals by a reconstructed signal replacing method.
