The present invention is directed to a recycle system of one-way ticket IC cards applied to a railway ticket gate processing system. The recycle system that puts a one-way ticket IC card (11) to use is a recycle system to repeatedly use the IC card. The recycle system is provided with a ticket vending machine (200) set at a departure station, for example, wherein an issuing unit (202) is mounted on the ticket vending machine (200) and the issuing unit (202) has a ticket box (100); and a ticket gate machine (300) set at a destination station, wherein a ticket collection unit (301) is mounted on the ticket gate machine (300) and the ticket collection unit (301) has a ticket box (100). Usually, the ticket vending machine (200) and the ticket gate machine (300) are set at each station. The ticket box of the issuing unit and the ticket box of the ticket collection unit are used as a common ticket box. The common ticket box (100) is provided with a shutter (101) that opens a card collection aperture unit (104) at mounting time and closes the card collection aperture unit at carrying time.
