Disclosed are a health diagnosis system using a bio-disc and a method for diagnosing health the same, and more specifically, a health diagnosis system using a bio-disc suitable for use in medical diagnosis through an optical drive, and a method for diagnosing health using the same. The health diagnosis system using a bio-disc includes a bio-disc including at least one diagnostic channel through which blood is injected, an optical drive to operate the bio-disc, and an operation control system, on which the optical drive is mounted, to control a rotation speed and direction of the bio-disc, and to analyze the centrifuged blood present in the diagnostic channel in the bio-disc using the pick-up of the optical drive, based on a difference in light reflectance.
