The processed case has the form of step and is fixed on frame with a rivet fixing unit. An in-frame part is comprised of a solar battery(20), a storage battery(23), and a switching on/off unit(24). The solar battery converts a sunlight absorbed in a daytime into an electrical energy. The storage battery stores the electrical energy sent in the solar battery. The switching unit automatically turns on/off a lighting application. The lighting application uses an EL panel and LED.
