A cancer diagnosis method using a dosage sensitive gene group and the methylation degree of methyl transition zone thereof is provided to measure the existence and nonexistence of cancer, progress, and carcinogenesis reseaon. A cancer diagnosis method using a dosage sensitive gene group and the methylation degree of methyl transition zone thereof is characterized in that the CpG island is deficient; L1 factor is abundant; the value of the BOE (breadth of expression) is low; and the value of the PHE (peak height of expression) is high.
