A stable control system is provided to prevent safety accidents due to low or high pressure by controlling the standard difference pressure. A lab controller for a bio-cleanroom(GLP, GMP, sealed laboratory for biosafety, breeding room) has an independence dispersion control function to manage each room and share information about each room through communication with a central monitoring system. The lab controller is structured in a dual form. Dualized control equipment(184, 185, 186) operates in a differential pressure control mode.
