A recording medium storing a health condition measurement program and a health condition measurement method and system using the program are provided to inform a user of his or her nutrition state based on information on food eaten by a user, the physical constitution and health condition of the user, which are inputted by the user. A health condition measurement system includes a computer terminal(20) in which a recording medium storing a health condition measurement program using menu information is installed, a bar-code reader(10) connected to the computer terminal to read a bar-code on food and transmit food information corresponding to the bar-code to the program, and a central management server(30) which is connected to the computer terminal, receives health condition information of a member, analyzes the health condition of the member and transmits the analysis result to the computer terminal.
