A method for providing a studying abroad consultation service, a system and a server therefor, and a recording medium are provided to offer consultation information about studying abroad to a learner, and generate an renewed studying abroad consultation information and transmit the renewed studying abroad consultation information to the learner in case there is renewed information on an education organization server corresponding to the consultation information about studying abroad information of the learner. A studying abroad consulting server connects to an education organization server to extract information corresponding to studying abroad consultation requested data. The studying abroad consulting server generates studying abroad consultation response data and transmits the studying abroad consultation response data to a user terminal(S440). The studying abroad consulting server connects to the education organization server corresponding to the studying abroad consultation response data to confirm whether renewed studying abroad consultation data exists(S450). In case there is the renewed studying abroad consultation data, the studying abroad consulting server produces renewal response data for studying abroad consultation and transmits the renewal response data to the user terminal (S460).
