A method for manufacturing mandarin gochujang using mandarin peel is provided to impart the aroma and taste of mandarin to gochujang. A method for manufacturing mandarin gochujang using mandarin peel comprises (a) a step for making the first solution by using mandarin peel; (b) a step for making the second solution by using the flesh of mandarin; (c) a step for mixing and concentrating the first solution and the second solution; (d) a step for blending the concentrated mixture with cayenne pepper and sa and (e) a step for aging the blend. The mandarin gochujang comprises the flesh of mandarin 1, mandarin peel or its powder 0.001-0.35, sugar or pectin 0.001-0.25, cayenne pepper 0.04-0.15 and salt 0.03-0.08.
