摘要
A male sterility-induction gene is provided to secure a sterility system having stability and to recover fertility by a plant hormone. A male sterility-induction gene is gene(AtCDCP2) having a base sequence of a sequence number 1. The gene is separated from arabidopsis thaliana. The gene induces the male sterility by hindering biosynthesis of a plant hormone jasmonic acid. A fecundity is recovered by processing the arabidopsis thaliana or a recombinant vector including the gene with a jasmonic acid.
