A service system for inquiring and verifying the academic career based on the Internet environment is provided to offer the result of an educational background inquiry to an educational background inquiry requester device on-line through the one-stop method. An educational background inquiry operating system(300) is connected with at least one or more educational matter administration systems(100) and educational background inquiry requester devices(200) through the Internet, and stores login information and authentication information of each member of the educational matter administration systems and educational background inquiry requester devices. The educational background inquiry operating system receives an inquiry for the educational background inquiry from the educational background inquiry requester devices, requests the educational matter administration systems to inquire and verify the educational background, and then receives the letter of verification.
