A kind of polygon publishing department's system and its publishing method are arranged to book, and more individual makings by being connected to a Virtual Space on the internet are divided into component, to enable the component that each participant prepares division. One terminal (10) participated in registers photo, multiple participant's photos or text, and in a virtual book on the internet, they are prepared. Multiple judgement terminals (20) confirm registered photo or text, then determine whether that the thing confirmed is registered or refused in virtual book. One management server (30) manufactures and operates virtual book on the internet, and photo or text are registered in the virtual book of division and is seen on judging terminal to them. Management server from judge terminal receive judging part judging result then transmit result to participation terminal.
