A collimator and a gamma ray spectroscopic analyzing device of a spent nuclear fuel including the same are provided to analyze an average burn-up and the concentration distribution of the spent nuclear fuel through one measurement by increasing a solid angle. A collimator(200) includes a first member(210) and a second member(220). The first member and the second member are formed with the cylindrical shape. The first member has a first slit(212). The second member corresponds to the first member. The second member has a second slit(222). The first slit and the second slit are formed with the conical shape. The length of the first and second slits is 50mm or 70mm. The spent nuclear fuel is formed with the disc type. The inner diameter of the inlet part of the first slit is greater than the diameter of the spent nuclear fuel.
