MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SILVER SPOON AND A SILVER SPOON USING THE SAME

A manufacturing method of a silver spoon, and the silver spoon prepared by the method are provided to improve safety and appearance, to allow it to be produced massively and to lower the manufacturing cost. A manufacturing method of a silver spoon(10) comprises the steps of (S100) cutting a silver alloy plate material(A) into a constant size; (S200) compressively cutting the silver alloy plate material cut with a constant size by the sharing step with the blanket mold press(B) corresponding to the bottom portion(10) of the spoon and the contour shape of the grip portion(14) to make a flat spoon semi-product; (S300) widely extending the bottom portion of the spoon semi-product with a rolling mill(P); (S400) polishing the rough surface of the rolled spoon semi-product with a polisher; (S500) washing it with water to remove the foreign material on the surface of the spoon semi-product and drying it; and (S600) pressing the bottom portion of the spoon and the grip portion with the finished product hydraulic mold press(CP) equipped with the spoon shaped mold having a certain outline shape and flexural shape so as to allow the thickness of the bottom portion outer circumference of the spoon semi-product to be thicker than the inner thickness, thereby preparing the spoon finished product having the certain outline shape and flexural shape.
