A controller for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to reduce the production procedure of a pressure sensing part by employing an integral pressure sensing part which senses refrigerant pressure and outputs values according to sensed pressure changes. A controller for a vehicle air conditioner includes a refrigerant pipe, and a pressure sensing part(10). The refrigerant pipe connects a compressor and a heat exchanger to each other in the shape of a closed loop. The pressure sensing part is mounted on the refrigerant pipe and senses the pressure of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe. The pressure sensing part has a pressure cell(30) for generating an output voltage, which varies according to the sensed pressure change.
