One semantic web portal construction uses a multiple ontology, it is used to easy search for hiding information, by a semantic web technologies combination knowledge, wherein being wished by the user that the ontology of a standard rebuilds conventional information and being arranged to extract the activity of an enterprise using identical mean type search system. One demand data collection device (130) analyzes target data according to the requirement on a semantic portal. One semantic portal detection device (150) nodes for research candidate includes its keyword that offer unit is inputted about a user of portal search service.
