A free electricity generating apparatus is provided to move a magnet after moving a magnet mount flow plate to a fixing plate with air pressure obtained when a vehicle passes and generate energy due to an electric wire wound in a metal rod. A free electricity generating apparatus comprises: a metal fixture installed at a central reservation or a tunnel wall; a fixing plate equipped with the metal rod and mounted on the metal fixture; and a front flow plate equipped with the magnet of two rows. The fixing plate covers the front flow plate over 15cm to prevent moisture from being infiltrated.
