A mold for sample of measuring small strain for soil and a sample for measuring strain under plane strain condition using the same are provided to measure small strain in the middle part of the sample under plane strain condition accurately and exclude error generated in a tester and test setting by attaching Local LVDT to the sample. A mold for sample of measuring small strain for soil comprises a supporting plate(110), a side plate(160), a front plate, a back plate, a fixing plate, and a fastener. Two front plates are combined in an interdigitating mode. Two back plates are combined in the interdigitating mode. The fixing plate fixes the front plates and the back plates. The fastener couples adjacent plates.
