A method of application-manage, a method of providing an application-manage service, a terminal of application-manage and a server of providing an application-manage service are provided to upgrade an application program of a terminal by judging based on the version information of the application whether or not the terminal needs the upgrade of the application. A search unit(120) searches terminal version information, and a transmitting and receiving unit transmits the terminal version information to a server. When the upgrade of the terminal application is required, the transmitting and receiving unit receives the application upgrade information. A controller(130) upgrades the application of the terminal based on the upgrade information of the application, wherein the application includes the basic information and data necessary to the upgrade of the application.
