A manufacturing method of a wood composite carbon complex material is provided to mold a material having hardness and strength corresponding to graphite without the other chemical bonding agent or an additive, and to maintain natural property of fine charcoal. A manufacturing method of a wood composite carbon complex material includes the following steps of: pulverizing fine charcoal powder having a carbon containing ratio of 90~95% in a pulverizer(S1); removing moisture of wood tar of liquid generating materials(S2); processing fine powder; mixing the fine powder and a wood tar powder binding agent of the fine charcoal; sintering a mixing agent of the fine powder and the wood tar powder binding agent for 2 ~ 5 hours at more than 1400‹C(S4); graphitizing the mixing agent(S5); completing a component through mechanical processing(S6); combining the completed components(S7); and sintering the components for 2 ~ 5 hours at the temperature of 1200‹C or greater(S8).
