A manufacturing method of the calcium phosphate group biomaterial particle is provided, which solves the agglutination problem due to the moisture of the remaining amount. A manufacturing method of the calcium phosphate group biomaterial particle comprises: a process of preparing aqueous solution of the calcium(Ca) supply source and phosphorus(P) supply source; a process of obtaining the calcium phosphate group precipitate by mixing phosphorus source aqueous solution and calcium supply source aqueous solution, heating the mixture, and reacting the mixture; a process of obtaining the calcium phosphate group biomaterial particle of the nano-size including the moisture by removing the remaining impurity; and a process of removing the moisture of particles.
