A transmission power decision method according to network topology configuration based on angular information and a system thereof and a recording medium thereof are provided to continuously maintain information about neighbor nodes that each node has, thereby selectively using another link whenever wireless link connection is failed. The entire network is separated into sectors(510). A database about neighbor node sets included in the separated sectors is configured. The configured database is stored in its own node(520). A neighbor node for a minimum spanning tree is determined to configure a minimum spanning tree(530). Transmission power is determined according to a distance to the neighbor node for a minimum spanning tree(540).
