PURPOSE: A superheated steam generator is provided to produce superheated steam effectually by being inserted into a pipe installed to produce the superheated steam and effectually heating water or steam.;CONSTITUTION: A superheated steam generator comprises a board, an isolating member, and a hall. Two or more boards functions as a partition to prevent liquid and gas from flowing out and endures the heat of the high temperature. The isolating member is installed on the board in diagonal direction and forms a space between the boards.
