PURPOSE: A method for measuring protein expression by drug exposure in fetus rat brain is provided.;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring expression by drug exposure in fetus rat brain is to measure expression change of gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) B1 receptor. The expression of GABA B1 receptor increases in cortex region by exposing ethanol, nicotine, baclofen, and paclofen. The expression of GABA B1 receptor is reduced in cortex region by exposing nicotine and vitamin C. The expression of GABA B1 receptor increases in hippocampus region by exposing ethanol nicotine, baclofen, and paclofen, as well by exposing nicotine and vitamin C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
