PROCURING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS MANAGING METHOD OF COST ACCOUNTING DISTRIBUTING BOARD USING CAD SYSTEM WITH MATERIAL COUNTING AND ITS COST ACCOUNTING

A procuring management system of a cost accounting distributing board using a CAD system with material counting and its cost accounting, and a managing method thereof are provided to calculate the number of materials and estimate the cost for the materials in the case of symbolizing the materials and making out a drawing by using a CAD system which performs material counting and its cost accounting. A designer computer(100) symbolizes and registers the materials of an electric power distribution board and designs the electric power distribution board by including a CAD system(10a) which has material counting and its cost accounting functions. A procurement sever(300) compares the estimated cost of a cost-estimation DB sever(201) with a unit cost of an applicable unit cost DB sever(302) to calculate a final applicable unit cost by including a CAD system(10b) which has material counting and its cost accounting functions. Based on the calculation of the final applicable unit cost, the procurement sever puts in a tender for the construction and delivery of the electric power distribution board.
