A marker for prediction of the recurrence of cancer after radiation therapy of the cervical cancer patient is provided to analyze the expression degree of gene in the cervical cancer tissue, so that the patient receives the proper prognosis disposition. The method for predicting the cancer recurrence after radiation therapy of the cervical cancer patient comprises the steps of: measuring the expression level of one or more polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of the polynucleotides of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:50 from the uterus cancer cell; and comparing the measured expression level with the expression level of the normal cell.
