A device for creating accurate geomorphic data of an autonomous mobile platform is provided to generate accurate geographical data by estimating navigation and correcting time and space error based on detected data from a plurality of sensors. A method for creating accurate geomorphic data of an autonomous mobile platform is comprised of the steps: sensing a plurality of geographic information(S100); calculating a estimation navigation information corresponding to a sensing point of geographical information by using a received navigation information(S200); generating 3D geographical data by using the estimation navigation and the geographical information(S300); generating unit geographical data corresponding to the geographical information by using the estimation information and the geographical information(S310); and integrating unit geomorphical data in order to form geographical data(S320).
