SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF DEMETHYLAMPHETAMINE, AMPHETAMINE AND THEIR METABOLITES BY LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

A simultaneous determination of multi-components such as demethylamphetamine, amphetamine and their metabolites using liquid chromatography is provided to analyze total 7 components of amphetamine and dimethyl amphetamine derivatives at the same time and to increase the accuracy of analysis. A simultaneous determination of multi-components such as demethylamphetamine, amphetamine and their metabolites using liquid chromatography comprises the steps of: controlling the pH of a sample to 8~10; performing solid phase extraction of the sample obtained from the first step; and passing the sample obtained from the second step through a liquid chromatography analysis column to separate while giving concentration gradient according to time so that a mixing ratio of organic solvent and buffer solution is 95:5~20:80, wherein ammonium formate buffer solution and organic solvent having controlled pH of 3-5 is used as a flowing phase.
