INTERNSHIP OPERATION SYSTEM AND INTERNSHIP OPERATION METHOD USING THE INTERNSHIP OPERATION SYSTEM

An internship operating system and an internship operating method using the same are provided to secure qualified intern workers by making the trainees complete basic elementary educational programs required for performing the internship through the connection with an educational system. In-service training institute clients(200) input the detailed information related to the internship to an internship server(400). Trainee clients(100) inputs the detailed personal information related to trainees to the internship server. The internship server comprises the followings: a matching module(430) for extracting data in which the requirements of an in-service training institute and the requests of the trainees are matched with each other; and an internship management module(440) for providing the extracted matching data to the in-service training institute clients and trainee clients.
