A children protection system for a children transport vehicle achieving the safety of a baby confirmation is provided to satisfy the desire about a children safety confirmation by transmitting image information to a children parent. A controller inputs boarding signal of a specific student from an identity information sensor. An image processor transmits the image photographed by cameras. A location information/image information database(240) stores location information of the special vehicle through a GPS receiver. A student/parent information storage(250) stores information including departing point location information and a portable phone number.
