A gasket-buried culvert and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve construction efficiency by omitting a gasket assembling process, and to increase the watertightness. In a gasket-buried culvert, a cavity is longitudinally formed by a wall, and a culvert is consecutively connected to the other culvert through a gasket(20) for watertightness. The gasket is composed of a buried unit(21) and a watertight unit(25) protruded from the cross section of the wall and compressed with the other culvert to perform the watertight function.
